THE PROFILE

 

IMPACT MODIFIED PVC-U
The impact modified PVC-U we use not only has a high impact resistance; it also has a high resistance to chemical corrosion and weathering. Even after years of service, it suffers no deterioration in performance. Recognised as some of the strongest on the market - all main profiles can be reinforced with galvanised steel and have outer wall thicknesses of up to 3.8mm dependent upon the system.

MULTI-CHAMBERED CONSTRUCTION
The multi-chambered construction of our profiles, with up to 2mm internal webs for stability; enables drainage to take place whilst still maintaining an isolated reinforcement chamber. Other benefits include excellent insulation against heat loss and noise.

 A WIDE RANGE OF GLAZING THICKNESSES
The particular glazing needs of any project can be catered for, with systems capable of accepting a wide variety of single, double or triple glazed units up to 50mm in thickness.
EPDM WEATHER AND GLAZING GASKETS
Long lasting, high quality gaskets made from EPDM which won't stretch or suffer from colour migration, are fitted to enable systems to withstand extreme wind and rain conditions.

PROVISION FOR ANCILLARIES
Extremely detailed design and manufacturing techniques enable the easy retention of ancillaries and the necessary facilities for all types of security locking gear.
