CONDITIONS OF SALE (page one)

For the purpose of these Conditions of Sale Harper Windows shall be referred to as the Seller.

1. PAYMENT
(a) Unless otherwise agreed by Seller or stated in acknowledgement of order net invoice amount shall become due for payment by Buyer on collection or delivery.
(b) Seller reserves the right at any time after an invoiced amount becomes due for payment by Buyer or after any other breach by the Buyer of the terms hereof to demand immediate payment of all and any other invoices then issued for goods delivered to Buyer notwithstanding that any previously agreed period of credit may not have expired. All such invoices shall become immediately due and payable, (for the avoidance of doubt "due for payment" in this sub-clause shall include the expiry of any credit period agreed by the Seller).
(c) If Buyer defaults in payment the Seller may, in addition to exercising right to delay delivery or cancel contract also cancel other orders received from Buyer.
(d) Interest amount on overdue payment rate of 5% per month.
(e) Until the Seller has received payment in full of the price of goods including all arrears and interest charges due under the contract, the Buyer acquires no title to the goods that are subject to the sale, and the ownership thereof remains with the Seller.
(f) When signing overleaf it is a Guarantee of Payment by the person endorsing the order form. This Guarantee will be honoured irrespective of any change of business circumstances i.e. bankruptcy, cease trading, etc.

CODE OF PRACTICE

2. SUPPLY ONLY
(a) For glazed windows the Buyer must ensure that all glass and glazing has been ordered in accordance with BS6262.
(b) We strongly recommend customers who buy unglazed products to glaze in accordance with BS6262.
(c) We recommend that installation should be carried out in accordance with GGF-BPF Code of Practice for installation of PVCu windows.
(d) It is the BUYERS responsibility to request glazing to meet the requirements of document L.
