4. GENERAL

(a) This document includes the whole term of the contract and no representation warranty, statement or undertaking whether oral or in writing shall be capable of being treated as forming part of the contract unless the same shall be in writing and signed by or on behalf of all parties hereto and be attached to this document.
(b) This policy of Harper Windows is one of continuous improvement and the right to change specifications at any time, without notice, is reserved.
(c) The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order at any time by refunding all monies paid.
(d) Glass sizes will be supplied to trade but the seller will hold no responsibility for glass type or style unless specified on order.
(e) The company guarantee is for ten years for Supply and Fit, Supply only Frames and Glass one year. Supply only Hardware one year from the date of delivery. The guarantee includes all materials and workmanship incorporated in the factory manufacture of its products, subject to the balance having been paid in full on the due date.
(f) No guarantee or warranty is given that the installation of the Seller's Double Glazing units will eliminate, or reduce any condensation on the premises, or that any Double Glazing units installed by the Seller will be free from condensation, other than between sealed unit panes.
(g) The guarantee is not transferable, the guarantee comes into effect immediately after the installation has been completed, provided that the full price has been paid.(h) All delivery dates are provided in good faith and are approximate, no claims for compensation shall be entertained for costs arising from the late delivery of any orders or part orders.
